AAA Washington’s Marketing Team Driving Efficiency with RoboHead

Summer road trips: There’s nothing like the feeling of the open road! While AAA Washington is responsible for fueling many incredible journeys with insurance and travel services, their own project journey was falling flat. By adopting RoboHead, they were able to streamline their processes and create more capacity to do high-level creative work.

“We’re starting to get into some projects that are a lot more conceptual and not just delivering a project request,” said Stacie Holder, AAA Washington’s production manager, of how they have been able to harness their saved time for more impactful work.

Before turning to RoboHead, AAA Washington had a solid workflow in place, relying heavily on their existing project management tool to manage their tasks, requests, and review process. But their previous practices were limiting creativity.

“RoboHead [has] allowed my creatives to work in the way that was best for them,” Stacie said.

Because of RoboHead’s flexibility and user-friendly interface, the designers and copywriters at AAA Washington are able to take more control of their workday and prioritize projects in a way that serves their entire organization better. Plus, Stacie is able to customize her team’s account on the fly, without submitting support tickets.

“Fortunately, it’s really easy to go in and configure and make changes,” said Stacie.

And when she does need help, RoboHead offers unlimited support to get her account working just right. Stacie’s favorite customization so far is automating the end of her team’s projects. Thanks to some custom RoboScripts, when her designers and writers mark a project complete, the final deliverables are automatically sent via email to the original requestor AND saved in her asset library.

“It’s a big help because it takes a big task off the designer,” said Stacie.

Stacie estimates that this single automation saves two of her designers 2-3 hours each week. Overall, her team of 12 is getting 8 hours each week back to focus on serving their customers better.

“We’re able to take a step back and go beyond ‘we’ve always done it this way,’” Stacie said. “That extra time is allowing us to reimagine a product and it allows people to have that extra time to really think about it.”

Put RoboHead to work for you.
