About the Index

This index measures real-time project activity marketers are creating over time. Marketing activity is defined by data points that include projects created, tasks assigned, and approvals received. The data shows how projects are progressing (or not) on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis across industries, geographies, and company sizes. 

Since RoboHead is continuously adding new marketing users (thus more activity), the data has been anchored so that the first working day, week, month, and quarter of 2020 each have a value of 100. This represents a reference point that all future data is measured against. 

Holiday activity is included, showing declines during those time periods.
