Marketing activity stabilizes, hoping for a recovery.

Marketing activity has stabilized during the months of June and July 2020 after a near free fall from the week ending March 7 to the week ending April 11. During this time, marketing activity declined by 30%. 

Although marketing activity from April 11 to July 11 (excluding holidays) is down 16.3% from the same period last year, the weekly marketing activity has stayed roughly the same. This indicates that as many states began reopening, the marketing industry appeared to reopen as well.
