During this year’s conference, we covered a variety of topics, including working with your users in RoboHead, using RoboHead integrations, and getting deeper into the application itself.
Some of our sessions on working with users include how to manage users as they join the organization, and what to do when they leave, and how to make sense of RoboHead notifications.
We also discussed how to integrate RoboHead with other applications, including integrating the RoboHead API into your request process, connecting to JIRA, and how to use Zapier and AirTable to increase visibility to your RoboHead projects.
And of course, we talked about getting the most out of the application itself–using tiered reviews to save time, applying colors to your form fields to make spotting the information you need easier, and using RoboHead when you’re on the move.
