What the MCP Server Does
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the emerging standard that lets AI assistants connect directly to the tools and data you already use. With RoboHead’s MCP Server, you can connect your AI chat interface of choice directly to your RoboHead account and ask it questions about your projects, your team’s workload, and your reporting data — in plain language, without opening RoboHead at all.
This beta release is read-only: it’s built for finding information and generating outputs from it, not for making changes to your projects. Think of it as a faster way to get answers out of RoboHead, not a new way to edit what’s in it.

Get a project status update without logging in. Ask your AI tool “what’s the status of the Q4 product launch project?” and get an answer pulled directly from RoboHead — no navigating dashboards to find it.
Build a stakeholder presentation on demand. Ask for a summary of a project’s progress, and have your AI tool generate a presentation or slide draft based on real RoboHead data, ready to share.
Check team capacity before you assign new work. Ask which team members have room in their schedule this week, or who’s approaching capacity, without pulling up the full workload report yourself.
