Aquent Partners with CARE on $100,000 Donation Effort for Ukraine Crisis Fund

“The Russia-Ukraine War continues to be front of mind for all of us at Aquent.”

JOHN CHUANG, CEO – AQUENT

Workforce solutions firm to fundraise for urgent humanitarian assistance needed for millions impacted by the war in Ukraine

Aquent, the workforce solutions company, launched a dedicated fundraising effort in partnership with CARE to donate $100,000 to the non-profit’s Ukraine Crisis Fund. Aquent is matching the total amount of donations made via this page, up to $50,000. Donations will help CARE rush urgently needed water, food, hygiene kits, psychosocial support, and cash assistance to Ukrainians—including women and girls, families, and the elderly.

“Our hearts go out to all those impacted by the conflict in Ukraine and the crippling humanitarian crisis that has emerged from these horrific war conditions,” said CEO of Aquent John Chuang. “We are glad to partner with CARE’s incredible Ukraine Crisis Fund to help their robust humanitarian support, and we encourage all those who can help to donate.”

“The situation in Ukraine is dire, and freezing winter temperatures, COVID-19, and escalating conflict are creating a humanitarian catastrophe,” said Rachel Kent, Senior Press Officer, CARE. “We thank Aquent for their fundraising partnership to help reach 4 million innocent people and families at risk get urgently needed resources during this critical time.”

Aquent companies worldwide are participating in the fund as well as exploring opportunities to place Ukrainian talent in roles with our clients. Hundreds of Ukrainian students are participating in Aquent’s free online learning platform, Gymnasium. Aquent will continue to provide additional learning resources to help them upskill for relevant marketing, creative, and design roles.

The humanitarian crisis in Ukraine continues to be front of mind companywide—and Aquent is committed to supporting its employees, talent, clients, and others impacted by the war.
