Training

Your RoboHead Implementation Manager provides hand-on instruction using RoboHead’s integrated Web-based tools to each user team—administrators, project managers, and end users.
Whether held on-site or remotely, training sessions are customized to accommodate each company’s RoboHead focus and each type and level of user. Once training is complete, new users can always refer to the extensive online Help section if they need assistance on how to perform a simple function.
Ongoing Support
RoboHead has a dedicated customer support desk available by phone 24/7/365 to address any immediate problems. (Unlike a lot of software companies that won’t even provide a phone number.) So if you’re working on a Saturday or burning the 2 am oil and have an urgent question, call us! Support, maintenance and all future enhancements are included in the monthly fee.
User-based licensing
RoboHead is billed on a per-user per-month basis. You can scale the number of users up or down, as project load requires.
